"I have been training with Heather Edwards for about eight months. I couldn't be more pleased with the progress that I have made. She has been responsible for helping me correct imbalances in my body which have allowed me to have significantly less pain. When I first started working with Heather, I couldn't walk for more than 10 minutes without foot pain. Now I am able to take hour-long walks with minimal pain.
She has helped me develop stamina as well as tone muscles. Heather
is professional, responsible and truly cares about her work. She doesn't just count the number of reps or move from one machine to another. Her program is well thought out and she has been able to tailor a personal plan for me. She is a stickler for correct form and is constantly making sure that all of my movements are done correctly. Her favorite phrase is "keep those abs in"..... I have worked with other trainers in the past several years and none have been as thorough and as caring as Heather. She keeps notes on my progress and is especially good at assessing when I am ready to move on to the next step or if I need to just "maintain". At the beginning of training and again after each ten-week period, Heather performs a
complete assessment noting improvements and areas to still work on.
Heather is a no-nonsense professional who takes her work seriously and I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about making fitness an integral part of their life."

“Heather trained me for my first triathlon. She is patient yet motivating and can explain exercises and drills well. I appreciate that Heather has done several triathlons herself, as she has provided me with valuable information not only with the physical training involved in a triathlon but the small details (i.e. race day checklists, good places to buy gear, etc.) that have proven to be helpful as well. I also appreciate that Heather is focused on teaching all while keeping safety in mind. “Brittany did excellent this weekend, and she gives you a lot of credit for it, she can’t wait to tell you about it. Brittany won the AAU National Qualifier championship (she beat all 9 and 10 year olds) and she SET A NEW COURSE RECORD!!!! Can you believe it? They’ve been running cross country meets at Corriganville since I was a kid, my friend used to run there. So she’s beat every Bantam girl who has run there for 30+ years. Pretty amazing!”
