Who Is Heather Edwards?
Heather Edwards is a Personal Trainer and Coach certified through NASM, EFTI, APEX and AHA. With specializations in the TRX Suspension Training system, Kettlebells, Power Plate, Triathlons, Running and Special Populations (individuals with obesity/health/joint problems), she enjoys great success training men and women of all ages and leading them to national competitions.
Her strong desire to help others get in shape and stay fit inspires her to proactively train people like you to reach your desired fitness goal.
As a native Californian participating in Cross Country and Track & Field since elementary school, Heather is a competitor by nature. Her love for fitness and over 26 years of endurance athletics allows Heather to empathize, motivate and train individuals like you to accomplish any desired fitness goal.
